A four member-swimming team including three players left for India on Wednesday to participate in the Federation Cup Swimming Championship. Shreeya Dhital, Prasidha Jung Shah and Shailesh Rana are the three players while Ongden Lama is the team coach.
Shreya Dhital continued her excellent form at the 12th LA Inter-school Swimming Championship bagging a total of five gold medals. Likewise, host Little Angels\' School clinched the pole position while despite Dhital\'s outstanding performance defending champions Lincoln School trailed behind a single point to finish as runners-up.

Jan Heijdra of Lincoln School grabbed three gold medals on the opening day of the Third HIMS Inter-school Swimming Tournament on Saturday. Heijdra claimed the gold medals in boys´ 100m individual medley(16.07 seconds), 50m butterfly of 15-17 age group(32.91 seconds) and in 50m breast-stroke of 15-17 age group(39.97 seconds).
